Since 1905, Darmstädter Hof has been part of Mainz-Ebersheim. Today our family business is run by the 6th generation – with respect for our history and the ambition to preserve what is good while moving with the times.
Today Susi and Markus run Darmstädter Hof together and continue the long family tradition with dedication. We are still supported by Heinz, our senior proprietor, whose experience, advice and hands-on support remain invaluable.
For us, tradition does not mean standing still. It means passing values from one generation to the next: personal hospitality, authenticity and creating a place where people enjoy coming together.
Quality begins with the products we choose and continues in our kitchen. We stand for honest, freshly prepared dishes and make sure that what reaches the plate meets our own standards.
